This is demonstration content for a test workspace. It is not legal advice and it does not describe a real service.

These terms are an agreement between you and ShadcnStore, the operator of this
workspace. They apply every time you sign in, view a page, or send data to the service.
If you use the service on behalf of an employer, you confirm that you are allowed to
accept these terms for them, and "you" then means both you and that employer.
If you do not accept these terms, do not use the service. Continuing to sign in after a
change to these terms means you accept the changed version.
You need an account to use most of the service. When you create one, give a real email
address and keep your password to yourself. You are responsible for everything that
happens under your account, so tell us quickly if you think someone else has your
password.
An administrator of your workspace can invite you, change your role, suspend you, or
remove you. A suspended account can still sign in, but it cannot read or change
workspace data until an administrator lifts the suspension. We do not delete the content
you created when your access is removed; the workspace keeps it.
Use the service for ordinary business work. Do not use it to store or send material that
is unlawful, that infringes someone else's rights, or that you do not have permission to
hold. Do not try to reach data that is not yours, do not probe the service for
weaknesses without written permission, and do not run automated traffic that degrades
the service for other people.
We may suspend an account that breaks this section. Where the problem is serious or
repeated we may end access without notice. Where it is minor we will tell you first and
give you a chance to fix it.
The service is sold on three plans. Each plan carries limits — a number of products, a
number of mailboxes, a set of features — and those limits are enforced by the service
itself, not by a person reading a report later. If your workspace is over a limit, the
service will refuse the action that would take it further over, and it will tell you
which limit stopped it.
Plans are billed in advance for the period you choose. A monthly plan renews every
month; a yearly plan renews every year. We do not refund part of a period when you
downgrade in the middle of it, but the downgrade takes effect at the end of the period
you have already paid for.
If a payment fails, the subscription is marked as needing attention and you have a short
grace period to update the billing method. After that the plan may be reduced or paused.
Nothing is deleted because a payment failed.
Your content stays yours. You give us permission to store it, copy it between our
systems, and show it back to the people in your workspace who are allowed to see it —
and to do nothing else with it.
We do not sell your content, we do not use it to train anything, and we do not read it
except where you ask us to help with a support request, or where the law requires it.
We aim to keep the service running, but we do not promise that it will never be
unavailable. Planned maintenance is announced in the workspace before it starts.
Unplanned outages are fixed as quickly as we can manage.
Support is offered at the level your plan describes. A support answer is not a
contractual promise about how the service will behave in the future.
You may stop using the service at any time. An administrator can close a workspace from
the workspace settings. We may end this agreement if you break these terms, if your
account is unpaid for a long period, or if we stop offering the service — in which case
we will give you reasonable notice and a way to export your data.
When the agreement ends, your right to use the service ends with it. We keep your data
for a limited period afterwards so that an accidental closure can be undone, and then we
delete it.
The service is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for
lost profit, lost data, or any indirect loss. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is
limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
Nothing here limits liability for death, personal injury, or fraud.
We may change these terms. If a change matters to you — a new limit, a new charge, a
narrower right — we will tell you in the workspace before it takes effect. Small
corrections take effect when they are published.
Questions about these terms go to the workspace administrator listed on your Members
page, or to the contact form on the landing page.
